Description:
IBA official cocktail which has many variations.

Ingredients:

Almond Syrup
Dark Rum
Lime juice
Orange Curacao
Rock Candy Syrup
White Rum

Optional Ingredient:

Ice

Garnish:

Lime
Pineapple spear

Preparation method:
Put ice into shaker
Add 30mL white rum, 15mL orange curacao and 15mL almond syrup
Add 5ml rock candy syrup and 10mL fresh lime juice
Shake well then strain into highball glass
top with 30mL dark rum
Garnish with pineapple spear or lime peel
