Description:
One of the most popular rum-based cocktails. This is an IBA official cocktail that was invented in Cuba.

Ingredients:

Lime
Mint
Soda Water
Sugar
White Rum

Optional Ingredient:

Ice

Garnish:

Mint

Preparation method:
Put 3 springs of mint, 2 teaspoons of sugar into highball glass
Add 3 slices of lime and muddle mint springs
Pour 40ml white rum, top with 100ml soda water
Garnish with spring of mint leaves
