Description:
Also known as Southern Slammer, this cocktail can be mixed with Kamikaze cocktail to produce Red Death cocktail.

Ingredients:

Amaretto
Orange juice
Sloe Gin
Southern Comfort

Optional Ingredient:

Ice

Garnish:

Orange

Preparation method:
Fill Collins glass with ice
Pour 20ml Amaretto, 20ml Souther Comfort and 20ml Sloe Gin
Top with orange juice
Garnish with orange slice

Sue and I were out at the weekend bitandrchiwg on the north coast. It took us over an hour longer to get there as we picked over four pounds of blackberries. On the way home two pounds of sloes, all now turned into blackberry and sloe gin jelly, a nice accompaniment to roast lamb. The next lot of blackberries are blackberry brandy.
