Flaming Dr Pepper

Description:
Although Dr. Pepper is not one of ingredients of this cocktail, it is claimed that it tastes like Dr. Pepper.

Ingredients:
  • 151-Proof Rum
  • Amaretto
  • Beer

Garnish:
    none

Preparation method:
  1. Fill a pint of beer
  2. Pour 30ml Amaretto into shot glass
  3. Carefully pour 15ml Bacardi 151 or other high
  4. proof liquor on top of amaretto
  5. Light the shot and allow it to burn for several seconds
  6. Drop flaming shot into the beer and drink quickly

    note: pint of beer ~ 600ml
