Ingredients:

Brown sugar
Coffee
Double cream
Whiskey

Garnish:

none

Preparation method:
Take a wine glass and pour enough of the coffee to fill it just over half way. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Add the whisky and stir. Slowly pour a thick layer of double cream, over the back of a teaspoon, on to the top of the coffee so that it floats on top.

I love Midori Sours and Strawberry Margaritas. Can`t drink much right now, but those are my favorites. Kev, I must say that it`s entietarning to me that you have a bar in your home considering the only alcohol` your parents had in the house back in the day was non-alcoholic beer. Cracking me up!
